About the place

Neat room for rent 12 m² in a beautiful 4-room apartment on the second floor, ideally located in a green, quiet neighborhood of Zelwerd between the Zernike complex and the city center, with the Noord station at 2 minutes and Noorderplantsoen around the corner In the immediate vicinity are numerous amenities including a shopping center / swimming pool / sports and of course the campus! The room has a private balcony with an unobstructed view over a lake. The room is otherwise empty, the communal living room is furnished.  There is cupboard space in the room. Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with a very neat kitchen (2020) There is no washing machine available.
You share the apartment with 2 boys of +/- 22 years old who are both studying law. Our preference is for a quiet and neat woman.
