About the place

Renting out 2 (3) fully furnished  sunny rooms together for August, in a quiet house with garden in Paddepoel. Your flatmates will be students speaking English, thus basic English is a must. The rooms are only rented for the full time of 1 month. Your ideal stop over to find the right flat. Towels and bed sheets are provided with no surcharge. Wifi and all costs are fully included. Information on the rooms follows. 

1. Room: Living room/office room - 14 qm
Features: a table (with chair), small couch, mini walk in wardrobe, coathanger/cloth rack and shelf. Special: atmespheric lights (sunset lamp)

2. Room: Bed room - 7 qm
Minimalistic room, with outstanding matrace and 1 cupboard. 2 sets of pillows, 2 sets of blankets
Special: blackout blind, virtually no light.

3. Room: Attic - living room with TV and seating space for 5+ people. This room is being shared with the other tenant around in August. 

The house features 2 bathrooms, 1 without shower, 1 with. The rooms are on the second floor, next to bathroom with shower. House also has a garden with growing veg: tomatoes, herbs etc., but also sun chairs and an awning. Herbs will be ready to eat during your stay. :)
