About the place

A room is becoming available in my spacious and welcoming family home. You will be sharing the house with me, a 20-year-old working student (female). I find it important to have a good balance between socializing and everyone having their own space.

The house features a large garden, a fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The shared areas are fully furnished and provide all the necessary comforts.

The private bedroom is approximately 10 m² and comes unfurnished (with flooring and curtains). The rest of the house is fully furnished.

I am looking for a friendly, tidy, and independent housemate who enjoys having dinner together occasionally or spending cozy evenings with friends around the table, but who is also comfortable doing their own thing.
