For nice and tidy female student, from the 1st of May 2026 (or maybe somewhat later), a light room in a comfortable, well maintained house at the Saturnuslaan (district Paddepoel, near shopping centre, park and University, in between the town centre and the Zernike complex).  There are 8 other students living in the house, all of them female. Together with them you’ll have a kitchen with oven and microwave, dishwasher, two fridges and a dining room, from where you can enter a big garden. There’s a big bathroom with toilet, bath, shower, sink and a toilet, and a small bathroom with sink and shower. Also a separate toilet downstairs. 
-Room is about 14.4 m2, almost square shaped, and has got a big window. Rent is 367,- plus 67,- for gas/water/electricity, makes a total of 424,-.
