Looking for a room and two fellow students to live with? Come to the Saffierflat on Saffierstraat in Groningen on Wednesday, July 22, between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. You’re welcome to tour the apartment and meet other students who are also looking for a room. The move-in date is immediate.

You’ll keep your registration with Groningen Huurt if you accept this apartment.

The apartment has 3 rooms, which are described below. You decide among yourselves who will live where. Utility costs for water, gas, and electricity are billed based on square meters.

Room 1: €523.72 (including utility costs, so this also includes advance payments for water, gas, and electricity)

Room 2: €606.32 (including utility fees, which also cover advance payments for water, gas, and electricity)

Room 3: €414.14 (including utility fees, which also cover advance payments for water, gas, and electricity)

You’ll receive a campus lease. This means you can stay in the apartment for up to one year after you graduate. 

The apartment is located in Vinkhuizen, 1.5 km from the Zernike Campus and within biking distance of Hanze University of Applied Sciences and the city center. An Albert Heijn, Aldi, and Lidl are within walking distance.
