The apartment has three rooms of 12 m2, 16 m2 and 26 m2. The monthly rents are €407.15, €591.98 and €513.83. All prices include service costs for water, gas and electricity. Cooking in the apartment is electric only. You arrange your own hob with a maximum capacity of 7,000 watts.
You will receive a campus contract, which means you can stay in the property until one year after graduation. If you accept the tenancy, you keep your registration with Groningen Huurt.
The apartment is located in Vinkhuizen, 1.5 km from the Zernike Campus and within cycling distance of the Hanze University of Applied Sciences and the city centre. An Albert Heijn, Aldi and Lidl are within walking distance.
