About the place

This neat, spacious room in the Rivierenhof building, a quiet student house, will be available starting February 1st.

The room, approximately 20 m², is located on the second floor at the front of the building. It features large windows that allow natural light to flood in and a convenient, space-saving built-in wardrobe for storing your belongings.

The house is shared with two other female housemates. They share the balcony, the shared kitchen, the toilet, and the bathroom. We are specifically looking for a tenant who is willing to help keep the house clean (in addition to your own private room and the common areas) together with the current housemates (for example, via a cleaning schedule) and who is also willing to take initiative.

De Rivierenhof is located in the Rivierenbuurt neighborhood. The train station and Groningen city center are just a few minutes' bike ride away. The Zernike complex is approximately a 20-minute bike ride away. A small selection of shops and amenities (including a Plus supermarket and a doctor's office) is within walking distance.

The rent for this accommodation is €619, including utilities and municipal taxes. Internet access is not included, which the residents are responsible for arranging themselves. The deposit for the accommodation is equal to one month's rent.
