About the place

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease. It's a cozy house with two roommates, a boy and a girl. The girl speaks Dutch, and the boy speaks English, Chinese, and Spanish. There's a shared living room and two shared balconies. It's on the second and third floor. The room comes with blue curtains for €80. They are custom-made, 100% light-blocking, and keep the heat out/in.
There's a nice, cozy atmosphere in the house, and we're therefore looking for someone who's a bit sociable.
