Starting March 1st, and initially temporarily until September 1st, 2026, a neat and spacious room will be available in a cozy house on Petrus Campersingel. The room is initially rented temporarily until September 1st, 2026, but the lease may be automatically extended indefinitely after that date.

The room is located on the first floor, at the front of the house. It measures 16m² and features convenient, space-saving built-in wardrobes. The room can easily be divided into a living and sleeping area and enjoys plenty of natural light through the large windows.

You share the bathroom, toilet, and kitchen with three female housemates. The house has a cozy and friendly atmosphere.

The common areas/escape routes are inspected monthly for fire safety and cleaned by Vlucht Route Veilig B.V. (Safe Escape Routes B.V.).

The apartment on Petrus Campersingel is located at the intersection of the road to the main entrance of the UMCG. Amenities in the Oosterpark district are within walking distance, and the city center is less than a 5-minute bike ride away. Central Station is a 10-minute bike ride away, and Zernike is a 15-minute bike ride away.

The rent for this apartment is €448, including emergency escape route safety and municipal taxes. Gas, water, electricity, and internet are not included, as the housemates are responsible for these. The deposit for the apartment is equal to one month's rent. Upon acceptance of the apartment, you will pay a one-time rental fee of €245 to the owner.
