As of June 1st, a living space consisting of two rooms will become available in a cozy house on Peizerweg.

These rooms have a surface area of ​​17 m² and 5 m², with the larger room featuring a private kitchen. The living space is suitable for use as a bedroom or as a living/study room. The rooms are located on the 3rd floor at the front of the house; the upstairs bedroom can be reached via a fixed staircase.

Four other housemates live in the house. You share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and balcony with them. There is a cozy and friendly atmosphere within the house. The residents get along well with each other, ensuring there is always room for a friendly chat, but also making it easy to retreat to your room for a moment to focus on your studies, for example.

The common areas/escape routes are inspected monthly for fire safety and cleaned by Vlucht Route Veilig B.V.

Peizerweg is located close to the station (1100m). The main market is 1700m away. Nearby supermarkets include the Coop (500m) and the Jumbo on Wilhelminakade (1400m).

The rental price for this accommodation is €728, including escape route safety and municipal taxes. Excluding gas, water, electricity and internet. Residents arrange their own internet and gas, water, and electricity. The security deposit for the accommodation is €853. Upon acceptance of the accommodation, you pay a one-time rental fee of €145 to the owner of the property.
