With 216 rooms and residents from all over the world, you will be part of a diverse and international student community from day one.

The Village is located at Peizerweg, Groningen.
The city centre can be reached within 8 minutes by bike, offering quick access to universities, shops, supermarkets and public transport.

Each floor includes:

* 2 shared kitchens
* 8 showers
* 8 toilets

All rooms are completely furnished with IKEA furniture. You can move in immediately without additional furnishing costs.

Conditions:
* Minimum stay: 1 month
* Maximum stay: 12 months (1 year) 
* Deposit: equal to 1 month
* Deposit is refunded within 6 weeks after the end of the hotel agreement.
