Starting March 1st, a two-room living space in a cozy house on Peizerweg will be available.

These rooms are 17 m² and 5 m² respectively, with the larger room having its own kitchen. The living space is suitable for both a bedroom and a living/study area. The rooms are located on the third floor at the front of the house, with the upstairs bedroom accessible via a staircase.

Four other housemates live in the house, sharing the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and balcony. The house has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The residents get along well, so there's always time for a friendly chat, but it's also easy to retreat to your room to focus on your studies, for example.

The common areas and escape routes are inspected monthly for fire safety and cleaned by Vlucht Route Veilig B.V. (Escape Route Safety B.V.).

Peizerweg is located near the station (1100m). The main market square is 1700m away. Nearby supermarkets include the Coop (500m) and the Jumbo supermarket on Wilhelminakade (1400m).

The rent for this accommodation is €778, including emergency escape routes and municipal taxes. This excludes utilities and internet. Residents are responsible for arranging their own internet and utilities. The deposit for the accommodation is equal to one month's rent. Upon acceptance of the accommodation, you will pay a one-time rental fee of €145 to the owner.
