The bathroom is equipped with a sink and a shower. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, gas stove, and extractor hood. The shared balcony can also be accessed via the kitchen. The balcony is approximately 6 m².

Accessibility
The location is ideal: within a few minutes by bike you can reach the city center and Groningen Central Station. The ring road is just around the corner, making the property easily accessible by car as well.
