It is a spacious room with a private sink. The living space can easily be divided into a living/dining area and a sleeping area.

Five other residents of mixed gender live in the house. The house features two showers and two toilets, which are shared with the housemates. Additionally, there is access to a common area (conservatory) and a spacious (sunny) roof terrace. Finally, a dishwasher and a washer-dryer combination are available. There is a friendly atmosphere in the house, and there is also sufficient space to retreat to your room to focus on your studies.

The common areas/escape routes are inspected monthly for fire safety and cleaned by Vluchtroute Veilig B.V. The house is located at the beginning of Paterswoldseweg, near Westerhaven / Media Markt. The city center is 1000m away, and the central station is 800m away. The Coop is within walking distance and the Albert Heijn Brugstraat is 600m away.

The rental price for this accommodation is €814, including gas, water, electricity, Vluchtroute Veilig, and municipal taxes. Excluding internet, which the housemates arrange themselves. The security deposit for the accommodation is €939.

A non-smoking policy applies to all our rental units, pets are not allowed, and we always require a landlord reference.
