You get a furnished separate bedroom with a balcony, plus your own living room on the same floor.

There is a private cooking area with an electric hob and oven (not a full kitchen). The toilet and shower are shared with just one other resident, who lives on a different floor.

The property is rented out fully furnished: everything you see in the photos stays, including the sofa, TV, table, oven and bed.

We are looking for a quiet and responsible person, preferably someone who is finishing their studies or is working, with a regular day and night rhythm, and who is willing to take part in a cleaning rota.
