About the place

A very cozy room on parkweg is available for 4 months (sublet) from JULY (START) TO NOV (START). It gives a person a chance to find an indefinite room with ease of exploring the city first. exact date, is still in consideration but end of first week.

House consists of 4 more housemates out of which 3 (M) are students and 1(M) is a senior person. We all respect each other and give each other space. 
Room is attached balcony and the size of the room is also big in size approx 20sq.m (excluding balcony). Kitchen and W.C is also next to the room and on the above floor is shower and in the shower area sits dryer and washing machine, the house also comes with a dishwasher which we mutually use and help each other in putting the dishes back. 

Room has almost everything (eettafel + 3 stoelen) and also comes with a T.V which i would like to share in exchange for a respectable use. The room is kept throughly clean and would highly appreciate the presence of a clean person. 

In just 4 minutes the closet supermarket PLUS could be reach on foot. Aldi is also around the corner and stadspark (city park)
also sits no more than 5 minutes from the house main door. 

Usually language spoken in house is dutch but all understand good enough English. Our new housemate is from Brazil but the rest are from The Netherlands.
