Two rooms will be available for rent as of December 1. The rooms are located on the second floor of the building.
The kitchen (approx. 5 m² and equipped with, among other things, a gas stove, range hood, and oven), bathroom (equipped with a bathtub, separate shower, and sink), and toilet are shared.

Room 1 is approx. 13 m² and has direct access to the south-facing balcony (approx. 10 m²). Room 2 is approx. 10 m². Both rooms have laminate flooring.

In short, perfect for living with a good friend.

The rent for Room 1 is €680, including utilities
The rent for Room 2 is €605, including utilities
