About the place

Dear prospective tenant (male),

As of November 15th, this room (16 m²) will become available on Oranjestraat in Groningen (next to the Noorderplantsoen park). We are a friendly, quiet all-male household with no mandatory house obligations. You will be living with three other guys, sharing a bathroom, kitchen, toilet, and an inner courtyard.

The room is currently being insulated, and a new floor (light-grey vinyl) is being installed.

Send us a message telling us a bit about yourself—you might soon have a great room in Groningen!

Rent: €456.50, excluding utilities (gas/water/electricity).
