In a former grain warehouse on the outskirts of downtown Groningen (Noorderhaven), a spacious room with a private kitchen will be available for rent starting December 1. The room is located on the third floor in the center of the building.

The room measures approximately 35 m² and features a private kitchenette equipped with a built-in stovetop, range hood, and ample storage space. The room is heated by central heating and has its own sink. There are several showers and restrooms for shared use. 

The rent is €735, including gas, water, electricity, TV/internet, use of the washing machine, cleaning of common areas, and municipal taxes.
