As of May 1st, a spacious room with its own kitchen will become available in a stately monumental home in Noorderhaven. A minimum rental period of 12 months applies to the rental of this living space.

The room features a high-quality finish and has a total surface area of ​​23 m². The room will receive a refresh from the landlord before the start date of the rental contract on May 1st. Specifically, the room will be repainted, receive a new stretch ceiling (although these works will likely take place later in the summer period, in consultation), and a new, neat kitchen. The room is located on the ground floor, at the rear right side of the home. The living space can easily be divided into a sleeping and living area and features French doors opening onto the backyard.

The (last) photo of the kitchen is intended as an example; this kitchen will be installed in the available room before May 1st. Ten other housemates live in this cozy house; you share the large bathroom with multiple shower cubicles, toilets, and the communal garden with them. The house features a large, cozy shared garden of 89 m². The house has a pleasant atmosphere, offering space to do things together as well as the opportunity to retreat to your room.

The common areas are cleaned monthly by a cleaner; the housemates arrange this themselves.

Noorderhaven is a prime location, situated in the city center within the canals. An Albert Heijn supermarket is located 500 meters away at the A-kerkhof. The University of Groningen is also 500 meters away, and within a few minutes' cycling (200 m), you are right in the city center.

The rent for this accommodation is €798, including gas, water, electricity, municipal taxes, and internet. The security deposit for the accommodation is equal to one month's rent.
