About the place

As of March 1, we are looking for a nice roommate for our house on Nieuwe Ebbingestraat! We are a fun house with a total of 3 other roommates (1M, 2F) who are already further along in their studies but still enjoy eating together and having drinks every week. Our house is located 10 minutes from Zernike, 5 minutes from the city center, with a Jumbo supermarket around the corner and easy access to the Noorderplantsoen park. 

The room has its own kitchen with a bar. The house also has a shared bathroom, toilet, and washing machine. The room is approximately 20m2 and the current rent is €750 per month, including utilities.
