About the place

As of April 1st, two lovely rooms will become available in my apartment in De Wijert.

Room 1: 12.6 m² – €600 basic rent
Room 2: 10.8 m² – €550 basic rent
Shared living room of 21 m²
Two balconies (5 m² and 2 m²) & a storage room on the ground floor (6 m²)
Location: De Wijert (10 minutes by bike from the city center)

The furniture shown in the photos will be removed. I’ll partly refurnish the apartment, but I’m also open to doing this together. I’ll also be renovating the kitchen, toilet, and bathroom. I’m 30 years old and looking for chill housemates aged 25+ who’d like to make the place cozy together. Grabbing a coffee, having a beer, watching a series, or working out together is all fun—but nothing is obligatory. I’m away quite a lot for my job (tour leader), so a large part of the time you’ll be living in the apartment just the two of you. 🐱 Cats are welcome (I don’t have any myself).
