The property is located just a 5 to 10-minute bike ride from Groningen's vibrant city centre. Supermarkets, the Noorderplantsoen park and various restaurants and cafés are all within walking distance. The Zernike Campus is also easily accessible by bicycle.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, extractor hood and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The bathroom is shared and features a walk-in shower and washbasin.
