The first room is approx. 10m² and located at the front of the house. The second room is approx. 16m² and located on the second floor (attic room). Both rooms have central heating.
The kitchen, spacious living room (approx. 30m²), bathroom, toilet, and garden (approx. 40m²) are shared with two other residents.

The rent for the first room is €475, including utilities and municipal taxes.
The rent for the second room is €595, including utilities and municipal taxes.
