Cozy sleeping room with a loft bed and spacious private living room available for rent, stylish and well-maintained house from 1895 (146 m² in total). Shared bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lovely garden with a terrace. 

It’s located in a nice neighbourhood, within 5 minutes walking distance of the city center and Noorderplantsoen, Westerhaven area.

You will be sharing the house with the owner, a friendly and calm middle-aged woman, who works full-time. German native, fluent in Dutch and English. My grown-up children have moved out, so the house now offers plenty of space. 

I am looking for a female tenant (25+) who is tidy, quiet, and respectful, and who appreciates a relaxed and harmonious living environment.
