Dear Room searcher,

We are looking for a co-occupant of our student house located at Lavendelweg, from the first of December onwards. It is about 15 min cycling from the Zernike complex and 10 min cycling from the city center. The house with nice garden (in total about 300 m2) is shared with 3 students (in total 4, including you). It is located in a nice and quite area. All rooms including the living area are fully furnished. The ground floor is for common use and houses the kitchen and the big living area (about 40 m2). Besides this, there is also a garage where you can park your bike (about 15 m2). On the first floor, there are 3 rooms including the one for rent (14 m2) and the bath room. The second floor houses the washing machine and the dryer as well as the fourth room. The price of 395 euro per month is including the use of gas, water, Electra, TV, internet and all the furniture. 
The pictures are taken by the current renter so some personal belongs are in the picture.
