About the place

The house is located in the Ebbingekwartier, which is a newly build quiet area close to UMCG and the city center. The house is a three-story house, on the ground floor the kitchen with living area is located (approximately 40 m2). The (shared with one) kitchen is equipped with two ovens, a microwave, 6 burner stove, and a dishwasher. Also in the hallway, there is a 3rd (shared with one) toilet. On the second floor is the bedroom (16 m2) and bathroom (12 m2) with a shower, toilet, and sink for private use of the new tenant.
