A room will become available at Kwinkenplein 11 in Groningen as of 1 November 2026.

Location:
The room is located in the heart of the city centre. In the immediate vicinity, you will find supermarkets such as Jumbo and Albert Heijn. Shops, restaurants and gyms are also within easy reach. Zernike Campus is approximately a 10-minute bike ride away, and the University of Groningen is within walking distance.

Layout and facilities:
You enter the building through a shared entrance. The room is located on the second floor and has its own kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and washbasin. The toilets and laundry room are shared with the other residents on the floor and are cleaned weekly by a professional cleaning company. The building also has a communal bicycle storage area, which is shared by all residents.

Rent and deposit:
Kwinkenplein 27 – 2.06: €816.11 per month, including an advance payment of €185 for gas, water, electricity and internet.
The security deposit is equivalent to two months’ basic rent.

Availability and rental period:
The room is available as of 1 November 2026. The tenancy agreement will be for a fixed term of one year.
