This concerns an 18.3 m² room on the ground floor of a student house. You will share the house with one other housemate, with whom you share the kitchen, bathroom, and large south-facing garden. Your housemate is a friendly 22-year-old guy. The house is located on a beautiful street just a stone's throw from the Noorderplantsoen. We are looking for a student for a rental period of up to 1.5 years, as the property is going to be renovated. We are only allowed to offer a temporary rental contract to students who are not currently residing in the municipality of Groningen. Therefore, it is a (strict) requirement that you can demonstrate that you are currently NOT registered in the municipality of Groningen. You must also be demonstrably a student.
