About the place

In our Student house, a light room on the first floor becomes available from 26-3-2026.

This student house is located in Paddepoel, 800m from the Zernike University complex and consists of 7 different rooms.
All these rooms have shades, a TV cable connection and are fully upholstered (carpets and curtains).

All the tenants can use the following facilities:

-Furnitured living room with flatscreen TV (cabel)
-Two kitchens with a fridge, freezer, cooking stove and oven
-two toilets
-one big bathroom with shower
-big garden
-Internet (Wifi and cabled)
-storage shed for bikes.
-washing machine is present

Rent € 350,= per month 
This is including the service costs € 80,- per month

Deposit € 350,=
