About the place

In our Student house, a light room (17m2) on the ground floor becomes available from Feb 6th 2025 until August 1st 2026.

This student house is located in Paddepoel, 800m from the Zernike University complex and consists of 7 different rooms.
All these rooms have shades, a TV cable connection and are fully upholstered (carpets and curtains).

All the tenants can use the following facilities:

-Furnitured living room with flatscreen TV (cabel)
-Two kitchens with a fridge, freezer, cooking stove and oven
-two toilets
-one big bathroom with shower
-big garden
-Internet (Wifi and cabled)
-storage shed for bikes.
-washing machine is present
- tumble dryer is present

Total rent €390 per month
(this is including the €80 service costs)

NOTE: This rental contract ends on July 31st 2026
