Room availabe as of the 1st of January 2026, for an undefinite period (termination of contract by giving me a one month’s notice in advance) in an international student’s house.
For a nice and tidy student, it’s a 8 m2 living room plus 8 m2 bedroom in a comfortable, well maintained house at the Jupiterstraat (district Paddepoel, near shopping centre, Zernike, between the University complex and the town centre).  
There are 6 other students living in the house, all from abroad, male and female. Together with them you’ll have a kitchen with cooking facilities, oven and fridge. There’s a bathroom with shower and a washing machine, there is a second toilet. A nice garden, accessable from the kitchen. Rent is 327,- and 90,- for  gas/water/electricity/local taxes, makes a total of 417,-. Internet and rent of dishwasher is included.
