As of September 1, 2026, a room will become available for a fixed period in the Professorenbuurt in Groningen, located on J.C. Kapteynlaan. This is a quiet street with all amenities, such as shops, public transport and restaurants, within walking distance.

Base rent: €605 per month, plus €15 service costs per month. Tenants are responsible for arranging their own internet and energy.
Security deposit: €620
Maximum rental period: 6 months (until the end of February 2027).

The house has 4 rooms in total. You will share the house with three other residents. There are also shared facilities, including:
