Maximum rental period: 6 months (through January 2027), through February is also possible upon agreement. The property has 4 rooms in total. You will share the house with three other residents. In addition, there are shared facilities, including: a kitchen of 5.5 m², a bathroom of 6.2 m², separate toilet, backyard of 27 m², balcony, and a bicycle storage area.
