About the place

A room will be available for rent on J.C. Kapteynlaan as of December 1. It is located on the ground floor at the front of the house. The room is approximately 18m² and is heated by central heating. You will share the kitchen, toilet, and bathroom (shower + sink) with four other residents. There is also a communal garden. 

The rent is €572.50 including utilities and municipal taxes.
