Very nice room (15m2). Lots of daylight, walking distance (around 5 min) from the city centre and train station. In the room there is one closet for clothes.

There are three other rooms in the house. You share the bathroom, toilet and kitchen with the other housemates. 

The house is located in a quiet area and within walking distance of Central Station and the city centre of Groningen. Ideal for studying in peace and yet close to the city centre.

Registration with this address at the local municipality and university is possible. The house meets all safety requirements, there is a smoke detector, fire extinguishers and fire blankets.

The rental contract is for a minimum of one year. Shorter than one year is not possible. Of course, longer is no problem. Kindly request not to respond if you are looking for a room for a period shorter than one year.
