About the place

We're looking for a new roommate for our house at the Huygenstraat.
The room is about 8m2 and comes with a big closet and a sink. 
Furthermore we have a big shared livingroom, 2 balconies and we share the kitchen and bathroom.
The house is located very close to the Central station, some stores and about 10 minutes from the city center.
There will not be a deposit for the house, only a small fee for the furniture, and we split the cost (€21/e) for the internet and washing machine.
