The studio is located in the center of Groningen, about a five-minute walk from the Grote Markt. The Zernike Campus is about a fifteen-minute bike ride away and amenities are nearby.

The studio is located on the second floor at both the front and rear.

SURFACE AREA
The studio has a surface area of approximately 29m2.

LAYOUT
From the ground floor, you take the stairs up to the second floor where the studio is located. The living area has three rooms. The living room is spacious, providing enough room for a sitting and dining area as well as a workspace. The separate kitchen is equipped with a built-in gas stove and sufficient cupboard space for all your kitchen utensils. In addition, the studio also has a spacious bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and a sink. The bathroom and balcony are shared with one person.  

RENT & DEPOSIT
The basic rent is €530.81 and utilities are based on an advance payment of €175. This makes a total rent of €705.81 per month. The deposit is equal to one month's rent. 

RENT SUBSIDY
It is not possible to apply for rent subsidy.

AVAILABILITY &RENTAL PERIOD
The property will be available from February 1, 2026, for a minimum period of 12 months.
