About the place

The room has a private kitchen and private shower. 
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment and induction hob.  
Currently the room is being renovated. 
The toilet is shared with the other 5 tenants. 
Tenants have their own cleaning schedule for the hallway and toilet. 
There is a new washing machine and dryer on the first floor that is also shared. 
The other tenants are mainly international students.
