About the place

 I am subletting a furnished studio apartment in a residential building in the centre of Groningen from early August until the end of January (6 months).
The studio is located on the top floor and features high ceilings with exposed beams. The total monthly rent is €950 (€700 base rent plus €250 utilities), and the deposit is €900. The landlord has explicitly approved the sublet for this period. The studio is especially suitable for a student coming to Groningen for a minor, Erasmus exchange, or internship who is looking for a central and characterful place to live.
