Students of the University of Groningen can reach the Academy Building in approximately 15 minutes on foot, while the Hanze University of Applied Sciences is about 20 minutes by bicycle.

Layout
The room has a surface area of approximately 18 m² and includes a private kitchenette. The bathroom and toilet are shared with the other residents of the house. The room features large windows which provide pleasant natural light.

Total rent: €620 per month including gas, water and electricity.
