About the place

Student house on the Hereweg in Groningen with ten male housemates and a dog. One of the housemates has gone to London for six months, which means a room is available from 1 February to 1 August. The rental period fits well with a semester at the University of Groningen (RUG) or Hanze University of Applied Sciences.
The house is about a ten-minute walk from the central station. The campus can be reached in around twenty minutes by bike or by bus. Right next to the house is a new park bordering a forest, ideal for relaxing or going for a walk. The house has a social and friendly atmosphere. The spacious room is on the top floor, where a toilet and bathroom are also located.
