Two rooms will become available on Hereweg on February 3 (if ready) in the same apartment. The rooms are located in a complex that was originally the Fongers factory (bicycles). The oldest part of the complex was built in the Neo-Renaissance style and dates from 1896. This part was preserved during a large-scale renovation in the 1980s. After this, the building served as an office complex.  

The two rooms (approx. 15.5 and 8 m²) are located in the same apartment, which has a shared living room of approx. 27 m² and is situated on the 2nd floor. The shared living room has a modern kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, hob, extractor hood, oven, and dishwasher. It also has a modern shared bathroom with a rain shower, washbasin, wall-mounted toilet, and designer radiator. 

The rooms are heated by their own central heating boiler and have a separate washing machine room. The finish is of a high standard. All walls and ceilings have been painted and the floors are covered with neat laminate flooring. The complex also has a communal roof terrace. 

The rent for the first room (approx. 15.5m²) is €822.50, including utilities.
The rent for the second room (approx. 8m²) is €697.50, including utilities.
