Introduction
As of 1 February 2026, three rooms will become available in a cosy student house located on the Herebinnensingel. The rooms have a surface area of approximately 13 to 16 m², each with a private washbasin, and are ideal for students looking for a nice room in a central location.

Location
The house consists of a total of 11 rooms and is situated in an excellent location. The Central Station, city centre, and the Noorderplantsoen park are all within walking distance. Both Hanze University of Applied Sciences and the University of Groningen are easily accessible by bicycle, meaning all amenities are close at hand.

Layout
The rooms are practical in size and layout and each features a private washbasin. The kitchens and sanitary facilities are shared with fellow residents. The communal kitchens have been newly installed recently and are therefore in very good condition. In addition, there is a shared outdoor area available for residents to use.

Parking
Parking is possible with a parking permit, which can be requested from the municipality of Groningen.
