As of January 1st, 2026, two rooms will become available in a friendly student house on the Herebinnensingel in Groningen. Each room is approximately 13 m² and comes with a private washbasin. These rooms are ideal for students looking for a comfortable living space in a central location.

Location
The house consists of 11 rooms in total and is situated in an excellent location. Within walking distance you will find the Central Station, the city centre, and the Noorderplantsoen park. The Hanze University of Applied Sciences and the University of Groningen are also easily reachable by bike, placing all essential amenities within close proximity.

Layout
Both rooms are around 13 m² in size and feature a private washbasin. The kitchen, showers and toilets are shared with the other residents. The shared kitchens were recently renovated and are therefore in very good condition. Additionally, there is a communal outdoor area available for all residents to enjoy.

Parking
Parking is possible with a resident permit, which can be obtained from the Municipality of Groningen.
