About the place

I am renting out my fully furnished room from August 2026 until the end of January 2027, as I will be studying abroad during this period.
The room is located in an excellent area of Groningen, on a quiet street between the city centre and Zernike Campus. The city centre can be reached in approximately 3 minutes by bike and Zernike Campus in around 13 minutes. Noorderplantsoen, supermarkets, gyms, bus stops and other amenities are all within easy reach.
You will be living in a student house with 10 other female students aged between 18 and 24. The kitchen and living room are shared with the house, while the bathroom and toilet are shared with only two other housemates. The house also has a spacious garden.
The room is fully furnished, allowing you to move in immediately without needing to bring furniture. The monthly rent is €550, including gas, water, electricity, Wi-Fi and all other utilities. There are no additional monthly costs.
The rental period is from August 2026 until the end of January 2027 and cannot be shortened or extended.
Please note that registration at this address is not possible.
