Neat furnished room of 13m2 in an high quality apartment. Shared spaces include a living room, kitchen, balcony, bathroom and toilet. Together accounting for 90m2. The apartment is located in a quiet green neighbourhood, complemented with a great balcony view to the west. It is also conveniently located near the Noorderplantsoen, and not too far away from the Zernike campus. Please note that this not a party pad, rather a proper neat apartment that is meant to be kept that way. Leisure activity is of course welcomed as we all need to relax a little.

*Fast wifi with coverage throughout the flat.

You will share the flat with me, a considerate male housemate who is working during the weekdays.

Registration is possible.
*Lease period from September '26 / February '27 for 6 months initially with possibility to have the contract extended.
*All-in rent rate of 845 EUR / month, one-time security deposit of 1000 EUR.

Please note “WA insurance” is mandatory to obtain beforehand.
