Are you looking for a room in vibrant Groningen? Look no further! We have a lovely room available on Gratamastraat, and we're looking for a new housemate to join our home.

Gratamastraat is conveniently located in Groningen, with easy access to amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport. Plus, you can reach the lively city center, the university, and the Zernike campus within just a few minutes by bike.

You’ll be sharing the house with three friendly housemates. We’re a diverse group who value a respectful and friendly atmosphere at home. Everyone is either studying or has already graduated and working. This means we’re all fairly independent, but we’re always up for a chat and often catch up in the hallway or on the balcony for weekly updates.

The house has all the necessary facilities, including a kitchen, bathroom, and a separate toilet.

The room is available starting in November.

The rent is expected to be €495 per month (the landlord will discuss the exact amount with you). Additionally, you’ll pay €90 per month to the house "elder" for gas/water/electricity, wifi, washing machine, and dryer. This person takes care of these arrangements for the house and manages the household fund. This fund is used to replace or repair essential items for the house.
