We are looking for a kind and friendly female housemate to join us in our lovely apartment at Gratamastraat 38a in Groningen, available from early February. The apartment has a balcony and was renovated just over a year ago, so everything still feels modern, fresh and new.

You would be living with us: Irem (19), a Pharmacy student from the Netherlands, and Ilaria (18), an International & European Law student from Italy. Because we come from different countries, we speak English at home. We have a warm and relaxed atmosphere and think it’s very important that everyone feels comfortable and truly at home.

We don’t have fixed house nights, but we do really enjoy spending time together. We often eat together, have a cup of tea in the evening, or watch a movie on the couch. At the same time, we respect each other’s space and routines. We are considerate of one another, have a cleaning schedule, and like to keep the apartment tidy.

The room is 6 m², with a rent of €628 per month (including utilities). The deposit is the same amount. The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating, a dishwasher, and a washing machine, making daily life extra comfortable.

We are open to both Dutch and international students, but we are specifically looking for a female housemate. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
