About the place

Looking for someone to take over my room in Groningen! 
Move-in date: 1 December. 

📍 Location:
~5 min by bike to Zernike Campus 🚲
~15 min by bike to the city centre
Close to the Edelsteenlaan bus stop, Vinkhuizen-Noord 🚌

🛏️ The room: Around 20 m²

Rent: approximately €780/month, including utilities. Furniture would also need to be taken over. 

Room available from 1 December.  

But we’re looking for more than just someone to rent the room. 😊 We’d love to find someone who is fun, friendly, and studious, and who enjoys having a nice and social home. We like spending time together and would love for our new housemate to become a friend, rather than just someone we share a house with.

We also have a cleaning schedule, so it’s important that everyone is happy to stick to it and contribute to keeping the house nice and tidy. 🧹✨

We are all international and English-speaking; you would be sharing with 4 other girls, all different nationalities ages 19-22 so we are super open to everyone.
